on the way back from Italy...:drive:

You need to put the 2" seat lower kit in that car. You have to be starring just below that visor. Thats how I used to sit and now im actually able to take in my surroundings. Nice photo though too! Love that color!:2tu:

Very nice picture....I was told these tires are not good on wet roads....I haven't tried yet and was I told wrong? It looks like you surely know. I am sure I am not as good a driver you are either.
Be safe....You have a nice ACR...

What the heck you have windshield wipers?:dunno: :lmao: I thought the ********* package ment realy ********* :D

Seriously though that is an awesome photo! I have heard the cups do fairly well in the wet. I know that my Hoosier R6 don't at all. So PSII for street use for me.

That photo was taken at Infineon (Sears Point) - walls everywhere. There was one spot where water just ran across the track and the car would float for about 30' every lap then get grip back. Scary the first few laps but once it became predictable, no problem.

The guys said that the ACR had a huge wake behind it that none of the other cars had. They said it just flung the water into the air!

The Sport Cup tires are pretty good in the wet. I run them about 5 psi higher since they don't get much heat in them when there's that much water.

Will do! I may join the club here in a while so I can post more pics.

First UPGRADE yourself to VIPER OWNER by private messengering your VIN# to lee00blacksilvergts or kcobean. THEN, you can call 1-800-998-1110 to join your regional VCA chapter; or online at vipermagazine.com~! LOVE to have you onboard! AWESOME CAR!

Sounds good. The only thing stopping me is which club to join. A few hears ago I was in the Gateway chapter (2000-2003 with 97 GTS) due to my current location (Western KY). St. Louis is three hours from me and the IN/KY would be further yet, as most of the events are coordinated in the Eastern/Central part of the state. Maybe the TN/AL chapter since Nashville is only a couple of hours from me? There are about a dozen Vipers in my little town alone. I wonder which (if any) chapter they are affiliated with.

I hear ya on trying to figure out which chapter to belong to. Our NY/CT region mostly are in CT/NYC/Long Island, with the rest of us spread out thru the whole NY State. We are hours away from where most of the events are. Are you in touch with the owners of the dozen or so Vipers in your area to ask them? ANY of the regions would be glad to have you. Welcome BACK, I should say!~! :2tu::drive: ~juli
