MOPAR Day Cancelled (Posted Sunday, August 15, 2004 7:55 AM)
Track Officials cancelled the 16th Annual MOPAR Power Festival due to rain. A steady morning rain, with a forecast for heavy rain later in the day prompted the decision. The event will not be rescheduled.
Re: Roe Supercharger Packaging Help
I'll bet Sean Roe has some packing materials. Maybe try giving him a call, especially if you're willing to reimburse him... :2tu:
Jeff, I'll have to correct that.
Best times for the Vipers in the morning.
After you guys left me there, I shaved another 2-1/2 seconds off, but the SRT-10 kicked my butt. ;)
Great event! Great group of people! Great pictures! Even great press!
NE VCA rocks, but couldn't have done it without the participation of that CT/NY/NJ Viper crowd or the NXS guys. Thanks everyone that participated and hope to see you all next year!
Weather Saturday will be excellent! Any chance of rain is limited to today. So far today, we have gone from clear blue sunny sky (6 AM) to completely cloudy overcast (7AM) to clear blue sky again (8AM). Looks as though tomorrow should have absolutely no precipitation :2tu: , partly sunny in...
Though this event was made enjoyable by the attendance of 20+ people and 14 Vipers, much added thanks go out to both Chuck and Rob for making this event a success. They drove the 3+ hours from NY to New Hampster, professionally demonstrated some important maintenance tasks for our members...
Stan didn't race at this event, though he did bring up the rear on the Viper parade laps. The reason he gave for not racing had to do with limitations imposed with his seeking the 'Rookie of the Year' title.
I'm very satisfied with the BTR rollbar. The removable sidebar enables normal access when not at the track, but is extremely easy to install once there. I had absolutely no issues with travel of the stock seat either before or after lowering it by 2 inches. Rear vision is not impaired...
Sorry for not getting this written up any sooner but things are a bit busy these days.
The 2nd Annual Vettes vs. Vipers Shootout at New England Dragway last Saturday was a complete success, though the Vettes won again (as expected). The previous year, we only had 4 or 5 Vipers attend, so this...

NED weather forecast looks pretty cool for tomorrow: partly cloudy, 40 degrees when the track goes live at 9 and around 50s by noontime. We should have a respectable turnout of Vipers this year. Besides N/A cars, we'll have a T/T and a S/C car there. For those attending, see you in the 'Snake...
Local dealer says the part I need can't be found in all of New England. What a surprise (not). Again...Chuck Tator comes to the rescue!!!
Chuck, WESM will be at your place between 12 noon and 1 PM today for pickup. Thanks once again.
This event is coming up in another week. A brochure was sent out to the NE VCA email list. If you missed yours, let me know. Hope to see a good turnout.

Chuck, I found a dealer about 20 miles away that has 3 of the 4294036 P/N in stock, so maybe he'll have the 4643448 P/N in stock also. I'll check first thing in the morning. If I can't get it locally, I'll give you a call. Thanks again.
P.S. -- "Tator Rocks!"
ViperGTS, I don't have the Mopar Catalog and I'm not at the dealership anymore. Can you verify that this P/N is for the clutch component? In my first posting, I mistakenly used the word "brake" but this part is for the clutch. Thanks.
I need to replace a plastic part for my '96 RT/10. The part fits into a hole on the end of the master cylinder plunger. Once installed, the plunger can then be attached to the clutch pedal. Here is a picture of the disintegrating part and thanks in advance for any assistance...
