I rebuilt my tranny. The shop saved me a bunch of money on the gears by getting parts for a T56 Camaro transmission. Same parts at a much lower cost. Been driving it hard with no problems.

Venomblue, I think you are an honorable guy who's trying to make a living selling to us Viper owners. Your product was not as good as real chrome (in a side by side comparison), but your price certainly compensates for that.
However, my biggest beef was that your emblems were not the same size...
Try John B at parts rack. I also bought Venom Blues chrome emblems and put them on my car. I thought they looked great except that the ones on the front/sides did not match the originals in size. Since my car had been repainted I needed the same size emblems to overlay the originals.
I ordered...

I'm not sure I'm correct but here is my explanation. If the rear end goes, it may cause the shaft to bind up. That could place a bind on the gear in the tranny, it may severely stress the gear.
Before the rear end went, my tranny was working OK. Afterwards, third gear was acting up. The...
I had the same problem when I bought my 95 four months ago. The rear end went to pieces two weeks after I bought it. I was not driving it hard. Rebuilt the rear end. I also think when the rear end went to pieces, it messed up my tranny. Rebuilt that also. Finally, I replaced old problem plagued...
They are the plastic pieces that are installed around the inside door handles. Anyone have any ideas ? I bought new ones and they are still difficult to install. They keep falling off.

I like the sleek look of my AP hard top. Also, in Houston, you have to be prepared for rain at any time. It's hard to beat the trunkability of the top with that kind of weather.
It's very simple to put on and off.
It does not leak
If you are very tall you need a seat lowering kit.
Weather...
The seat lowering kit will be a good investment if you are over 6' tall. I just fit and I am 6' tall. I was going to get the lowering kit in the near future.

It appears that the fit is very good. My car was missing the sport bar cap, so I could not secure the rear. However, Jeff is making me some brackets that will solve this problem until I get that missing part. I have been driving it around town without any problems. This included some nasty rain...
What do you all think. I think it rocks. The public interest in my Viper has gone through the roof over the past few days (with the new top on).
:D

Re: I\'m looking for a sports bar
Here is my Green 95 RT 10 with Jeff's new hard top. I think it's sleek and very, very, cool. What do you all think ?

Re: I\'m looking for a sports bar
There must be a conspiracy against Mannys. I was thinking of making one out of a nice piece of finely grained wood (finely finished). If it's good enough for Jaguar interiors, it should be OK for me. It looks like it would not be hard to make. I checked with...
