anyone paint there stock srt10 rims black

Ive gotta a buddy who dose pretty good work that Ive seen on customers car and he says he'll have my stock 03 rims all done black for $500....tAKES 4-6 WEEKS, but I rarely drive the thing anyways.

I've currently got all the black outs on the front and rear lights/brakes/turn signals and Im going to paint the rear difusser flat black shortly..

Anyone done/seen the stock wheels in black. What did you think?

I have also seen a translucent powder over the stock wheel that creates the dark smoke look of the VCA cars and I really liked it. You can adjust the darkness of the tint to your liking and still have the shine of the polished wheel underneath it.
