Dealer just had to break something

Had my snake in for repairs to the water pump and the AC. ( Dealer could not find AC leak the first three times )The AC had a leak in the Evaporator , so the dealer felt he just had to beak my Air Plenum and Heater Core to go with it.( Found out the Heater Core was broken ,when the heater was tuned on and I could not see out the front window/ anti freeze does not just wipe off). The Viper tech twisted the hell out of the outlet ******* and cracked the joint.

I have had a few run-ins with the dealer that resulted in similar negative results on my C5. RUN, don't walk, to a new dealer with a different Viper tech!!!
