We're working on the brakes now. I guess the Ebrakes get switched from right to left and left to right.

On close scrutiny, it was in the instructions.

How did your clear coat come off the cap? Wasn't from wheel clener was it? If so, must have been some pretty strong stuff...I usually use the green engine wheel degreaser they have at the local car wash to take off the fuel stains off my rear bumper with ease...(dawn does the same too).

Punish me if you want. Throw things at me. Say terrible things behind my back. I'm so ashamed.

I was in a hurry. The car looked awful. I went through a touchless car wash.

JonB's theory was the lines in the carwash had not flushed adequately and wheel cleaner or some chemical may have sprayed on the side of the car.

Everything else looked fine. Strangest thing.

That was about two years ago. The car hasn't seen another car wash since.
