Need help removing wiper arm.

I removed the black cap, then removed the nut hoping that the wiper arm would come right off, not so. Is something else holding it on like the little washer Any idea's?

Takes a hard tug...or small wheel-puller...can pick up a $2.00 battery terminal puller and it works FINE (use the 2 arm kind with the plastic protective tips).

Just work it back and forth, it will come off. Nothing else is holding it down.
