Quick Question for anyone who has the knowledge.

If you look under the hood of your Viper, where the hood and the hood hinge bracket meet you'll find 2 grounding straps. Our hoods are not made of metal and there are no powered accessories on the hood, why would Dodge feel the need to add the grounding straps?
