Do these need to be painted if the car is black.
All the pics I've seen of these fascia panels are black.
Are they primered only. (flat black primer)

Thanks

I had them on my 04 Mamba...and the color is a generic black (not primer).....I did not have the color matching issue because my car was white....for consistency if you have a black car it would appear that you should paint them body color....they are semi-flat color ......

Can you post a pic. That would help me alot.
If it's not to much to ask.

Thanks

No worries...the biggest problem is it blends in too well in pics. It stands out a little better in person, but I'm here to tell you it looks great untouched.

Just got these panels too, the semi flat black color is a near match for the black rear panel that all striped cars have.
My car is black with Silver stripes and I'm having these accent panels painted Silver. I'll post pics when done later this week.

they are a mopar accessory, woodhouse has em

Accent Panels

ON a side note , an interesting thing about painting them silver to contrast the vehicle color IS that a lot of people confuse them as a rear exit exhaust

ALSO...if your are gonna paint them in a contrast color then consider painting your difuser blades as well

I will def do something about the diffuser blades too.
I'm trying to decide between painting the OEM Silver or getting new stainless ones from XVipers. Also like the idea of adding 2 more blades for a total of 6.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. That is one of the cleanest and best looking SRT's (Viper in general) that I have seen. The wheels and slam are perfect.
