What mods do you have on your car now? if none, then read below..
But I don’t recommend you change either the throttle bodies nor extrude hone the intake manifold. Doing those two at this stage (stock) wont benefit you much, plus you might/will lose Torque (low end) when going to a larger throttle body. Instead, for the same amount of money, get your self an exhaust system or change the rear end gears to a 3.45 or 3.55
If you already have an exhaust system, i would just get BTRs head kit. it includes rocker arms.
Either way, I don’t think you will need to change anything with the computer.
