    just got back from NAIAS and new to the forum!

    Well, I bought a brand new 2001 Viper GTS (with all the options -- which essentially means I got stripes - lol) at 25 and at the time my W2 income for the year was only $86K... The pay was steady (probably more so than a pizza joint) which helps, but I lived in an apartment and I had no kids...

    6'6", 220lbs...oh wait, that was last year... ~280lbs now I only have 3 comfort complaints in my 9500 miles (all since April of this year): -Getting in/out more than 4 times during a trip, especially if I'm only out for a couple seconds each time and it's a short trip - running to the bank...

    Squeak at half throttle?

    Maybe, but I can make it happen at a standstill... I would assume that much suction doesn't occur to provide the pressure necessary. But besides that, the other two Vipers there with me had the same items without the noise... Any other thoughts?

    I threw 'em all into excel for posterity Avg, throw out 2 high 2 low was a 12.66 @ 115 What killed me was reaction times. I averaged .875. 60' average was 2.21 so that wasn't exactly top notch either.

    Re: How many of you \"use\" your wife or girlfriend? My girlfriend helps out. But it's more along the lines of taking it to the dealer for servicing, taking it by the paint shop for estimates, taking it out for a spin and washing it up, etc... because I'm working late.
