'09 ACR Shock Settings

I am going to be helping a friend set up his ACR for some regular high speed track time.

I have lots of Moton set up experience but I have limited experience with ACR shocks. I drove his car and it is mushy soft on the factory settings.

Great reply and see 5.1 figure 7 to adjust the firmness. Only adjust this. There will be factory tape possibly too over the adjuster but comes off easily. You simply turn by hand and you will feel clicks to adjust the firmness as needed. And yes, the factory settings are very soft and mushy for some. I did mine for a firmer/track setting and even made a big difference on the street too.
