Finally starting to come together. Started the tear down back in March '08 and now have all the parts ready to drop in!

Basics:
JE Pistons - 11.5:1 Compression
242/246 Solid Roller Cam with .650" total lift
Greg Good ported GEN2 heads - Final flow - 321 Intake, 240ish exhuast
Fidanza Flywheel with replacement stock Luk clutch
70MM Throttle Bodies
B&B 1-3/4 Headers
No cats - 3" catback

Other parts:
1000hp Unitrax half shafts
Fuel Rails by AB
65lb Injectors
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
RSI dual walbro fuel pump drop in hanger
Cometic head gaskets
ATI Damper
T&D Rockers
VEC3
G-Force built T-56
19" CCW SP550s

We kept the stock 488ci displacement as well as working with the stock Gen2 heads. The goal is to make 600-650rwhp without having to bore or stroke the motor or use aftermarket heads.

Special Thanks to (I'm sure this list will grow before it is all over with):

KT Engine Development - Concord, NC
Greg Good Cylinder Heads
AB - Fuel rails and wires
Simms - Injectors
Mike(99 RT/10) - VEC, Flywheel, Tires
SVS - T&D Rockers
RSI - Billet Fuel Pump Hanger

Will keep you guys updated when its back together and tuned....

Looks great, what kind of engine managment system will you be going with? Also how did you determine you would need 65 lb injectors?

Thanks Guys!

Engine management is a VEC3 with a Roe injector driver box. The "65lb" number just came from what Simms had for sale. I knew I needed 45lb+, and the vec can adjust for the different size injectors.

Actually I didn't. I took it with a crappy Kodak camera I am stuck with. The D300 and all the goodies are packed up and ready to go! If I took them with the D300, the pictures would have been a million times better!

Here's a picture with the D300 that was reduced down. This was taken about a month or so back.

If you can pull off 650HP, I will be extremely impressed. Most motors can't get anywhere close to 650 with any durability unless you go bore/stroke, boost or spray. There are very few high performance N/A motors out there with more than 500HP, let alone 650. Nice build!

That cross hatch in the cylinders looks suspect.

Do you have any better/closer pics of it?

They're out there;)

The only pics I took up close of the motor are the ones posted. What do you think is suspect?

The angle of the cross hatch looks like hell. Atleast it does in that pic. It may just be the pic, but I am not too sure it is.

Looks like the hone was moving upward and downward much too fast. That is unless the ring manufacturer calls for such a spec?
