Greasing suspension balljoints

Hope I've done this right, or maybe its hard to get it wrong! I put a few scoots of lithium chassis grease into each one. Is that ok and how often does it need done?

Grease every 3000 miles[you can convert to KLM] or once a year. When you grease her watch or feel the boots so you don't over fill. [You'll just make a mess]

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">Does the type of grease matter, i.e Mobil 1 synthetic or lithium, etc.? I know as far as wheel bearings go, you must use the same type every time or the grease will break down.

Does anyone know the brand Dodge uses at CAAP?</FONT f>
