new engine management system

There is an engine management system on ebay right now, buy it now for $750. It is a stand alone system, and supposedly fully programmable. None of the tuners are using this system, but it sounds like an alternative to the AEM system that is going to sell for $$$$, as opposed to $$$. This unit is called the ECU1.

Has anyone heard of this system or has opinions? Lets hear it.

Looks like a scam to me.

That is not a scam. It is a wordy ad for a split sec box. (same one many tuners use and what comes with the Paxton SC kit) A lot of people dont know that they have a split sec but the R4 reference to software is a dead give away. Regardless of who sold someone the box, if you use R4, it is a split sec.
