Remote won't work...HELP!!!

Stuck in downtown Houston. Remote will not work...replaced battery but still nothing...I can get in car as window is down but can't start for more than a few seconds...help!!!

Hold down the lock and un-lock buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds the alarm needs to re-set itself that is why you can't start your Viper,security feature. Let me know if this works.

1997 GTS. I did disconnect the positive cable and was able get the car running fine. Remote still does not work though.

There is a key hole in the glove box (on the top, inside).

Put the ignition key in and turn off the alarm syatem.
