I went by there today and he does have a good selection.
Bought my first GTS from Mike's dad, Gene.
Great experience driving that B/W out of the showroom.
I bet he doesn't let people do that now, since he has so many on the floor.

I would buy the car for $ 63k if I had the money. I think it is a reasonable price.
It's essentially a brand new car. Just sitting for the time that it has sat is not that long.
I think the reason anybody would pay extra for a low milage car and drive it, is to get as new of a car as possible...
Thanks for posting this, Newport. I'd like to try some. Can you buy it at Auto Parts Stores? It could be hype, but I don't think Michelin would go to the trouble to produce this product if it doesn't work well. Tom.

I'm fortunate to be able to say "I don't know what I'd rather be doing, or I'd be doing it".

Re: Good friend needs to move \'02 GTS.
It's worth the money he's asking IMO. I have been around these cars for many years.
The accident happened in a parking lot. Not alot of speed involved. Did not deploy the airbags. The console is the typical crack when someone sits on the center console...
Re: Good friend needs to move \'02 GTS.
He has assets but no cash at this time. Sure he could borrow the money, but instead will sell something to pay some bills (which are going to be coming in). I'm glad I don't look at life as a sceptic, like some people. I guess it's where you live or...
Re: Good friend needs to move \'02 GTS.
No it's not an FE. He has one in his collection, but he wants to keep it. It is a solid Red car. I will get the VIN, so we can run it.
Good friend needs to move \'02 GTS.
A good friend of mine is having surgery Friday and needs $ 40,000 to pay for it. He has a Red '02 GTS w/ 1900 miles he will sell to pay for the operation.
The car has a clean title, but has had some paint work.
He also has other cars he wants to sell, but...
Re: Final Edition or \'97 Blue/White GTS ?? State your case!
I think this is the best advice. Keep the FE stock (with the exception of an exhaust system that can easily be returned to stock) and it will be a more desirable collector car, being the last of the breed. The '96 B/W cars are more...
This is the idea that I got. I'll bet you end up buying a Z06, if you can find one at a reasonable price. I like the C6's, but still not the car that a Viper is. :usa:
