I'm considering a Viper that BJ Motors has for sale and I won't be able to actually get to see the vehicle due to the distance from my home. I've never purchased a vehicle sight unseen so was looking for any feedback about this dealer so I can have one more piece of info to help me make my decision.

Bought my 03 sight unseen from Bernie at BJ Motors back on April 2010. Spoke with him on the phone and email, struck a deal. I drove a rental to VA, inspeced the car. He was in Texas at the time, so his lovely wife picked me up at Enterprise, drove me over to the shop. I completed the paperwork, and drove it home!

Easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I wish I could buy all my cars from Bernie.

I purchased a 2001 GTS sight unseen from Bernie/Tomball Dodge 6 months ago and the car was as advertised and in excellent condition.

Bernie and his wife are a very great team, the warehouse is spotless and they only choose the best vehicles to sell. If you cannot make it out to the warehouse to see it, I ouldnt get discouraged, Bernie's word is good!

David, everything everybody's said so far is true! Usually though they're 5-10k more for a similiar vehicle you may be looking at elsewhere, BUT what you're getting from Bernie is Piece of Mind! If you buy a car from him you don't have to worry about it after it leaves the lot! And, if anything did he would take care of it. jmo

They are better known as Viper Exchange at Tomball Dodge and I highly recommend them. I have bought my last two Vipers from them and Bernie makes sure you are perfectly happy with your car. They are the biggest Viper volume in sales and have an outstanding tech too. They KNOW Vipers.

I bought a Viper RT from a local Houston guy and took it to Bernie to have my PPI done. He never steered me wrong and lives up to his reputation. He also went out of his way to look over my car even though I didnt buy it from him to make sure it was the best condition. Stand up guy in my opinion

^^^ Wife and I got a good laugh at this when we were looking for the latest Viper.

As to the OP question I have NEVER purchased a car from them, but have ONLY heard great things. Do your research I suppose, but I think you will be in great hands there.

Thanks to all for the feedback. Confirmed what I thought, now I just have to work the deal I want and convince my wife that she should leave her Jeep GC outside of the garage so I can keep the new viper, my 94 viper and my Cayenne in the garage until I sell the 94.
