    Santa Barbara Cruise

    Tin foil removal?

    Is there any large disadvantage to taking off the "tin foil" heat shields that cover the stock headers. I think the engine would look better with visible headers. I have seen several bare aftermarket header set-ups and they seem to be OK. How about bare stock headers? Anyone already done this?

    Heat only comes through the floor and dash vents. No heat through vents above the radio (just A/C or unconditioned air). That's just the way it is.

    I Feel Renewed

    Sold my '96 RT/10 w/28,000 miles, bought a new '01 GTS in November. A lot of progress has been made in 5 years.
